The SemAfore digitizer system
SemAfore passive image digitizer is a low cost system to get high quality digital images from older scanning electron microscopes (SEM) with analogue photo recording systems. It consists of a digitizer box with USB connection for PC, cabling for connection to the SEM and the program.

The new upgrade with several new functions and some bug fixes is now available for free download for all SemAfore users.

The ver 4.0 is an update from older versions with several new functions, is compatible with all earlier versions of digitizer boards and Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP. All existing SemAfore ver.3 users can free of charge download the update. A demo version is also available.
